Terms & Conditions — Ty Brethyn Website
Last updated: 08-09-2026
These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Ty Brethyn Housing Co-operative Ltd (“Ty Brethyn,” “we,” “us,” “our”), registered under the Co-operatives and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014, Reg: 30262R.
A note on scope before you read further: these terms cover general use of the website. They are separate from, and do not replace, the specific terms of the 2026 Loan Stock offer itself — those live in the Investors’ Information Pack, the prospectus, and the loan stock application agreement, which should already be drafted properly as part of the offer. If anything here ever appears to conflict with those documents, the prospectus and application agreement take precedence for anything relating to the investment itself.
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. Using this website
You may browse this website and use the information on it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any systems connected to it
- Use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
- Copy, reproduce, or republish content from this site without our permission, except for your own personal reference or as allowed under section 3
3. Intellectual property
The content on this website — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Ty Brethyn or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright. You may view and print pages for personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content commercially without asking us first.
4. Information on this site, and what it isn’t
We’ve tried to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but we don’t guarantee it’s complete, error-free, or up to date at every moment. Nothing on this website constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing here should be treated as a personal recommendation to invest.
As stated on our Invest in Us page, Ty Brethyn Housing Co-operative Ltd is not carrying out FCA-regulated activity in relation to the 2026 Loan Stock issue. That means the usual protections that come with regulated financial products — the right to complain to the Financial Ombudsman Service, or to claim through the Financial Services Compensation Scheme — don’t apply here. If you’re considering investing, please read the full Investors’ Information Pack and seek independent financial advice if you need it.
5. Links to other websites
This site may link to third-party websites, including Ethex, the FCA register, or organisations that support us such as Cwmpas or Radical Routes. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. Visiting them is at your own discretion, and their own terms and privacy policies will apply.
6. Liability
We’ll do our best to keep this website running smoothly, but we don’t guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Ty Brethyn isn’t liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website, except where that loss results from our negligence or where liability can’t legally be excluded (for example, in relation to death or personal injury).
This doesn’t affect or limit anything in the formal loan stock application agreement, which governs the investment itself separately from your general use of the website.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to this website will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
