When you enquire or request our Investors’ Information Pack:
- Name
- Email address
- Any other information you choose to include in your message
If you go on to invest in our loan stock:
- Full name and contact details
- Postal address
- Bank account details, for the payment of interest and repayment of capital
- Investment amount and term selected
- Any information required for anti-money-laundering or identity verification checks

General website use:
- Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically via cookies or similar technologies
- Google Analytics & Jetpack Stats (A function of WordPress.com hosting) set some cookies by default.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

- North West Housing Services, who oversee our accounts
- The Financial Conduct Authority, where required for regulatory reporting
- Our accountant/auditor
- Ethex, if you invest via a listing on their platform, in which case their own privacy policy also applies to that transaction
- WordPress.com / Automattic, our website hosting provider, who process some data as part of running the site
- **HMRC is investment occurs.
- **Mail Chimp – While Ty Brethyn does not currently use a mailing list service we may choose to in the future. This would be as part of an opt-in option before this occurred; individuals or companies will not be added to any form of mailing list without prior authorisation.
We do not transfer personal data outside the UK except where our service providers above require it (e.g. some hosting infrastructure), in which case appropriate safeguards apply.
5. How long we keep your data
- Enquiry data (Investors’ Pack requests that don’t lead to investment): retained for 12 months then deleted
- Investor data: retained for the duration of your loan stock term plus 6 years afterwards, to meet our legal and financial record-keeping obligations
- Website technical/cookie data: retained per the cookie table below
